General conditions of sale

Modulowind is free in its basic version but has some limitations. It is a 'freemium' service.

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the rights and obligations between [Your Name/Company] (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Buyer") wishing to purchase products or services offered via the Modulowind application.

2. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all sales concluded via the application. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

3. Products and Services

The essential characteristics of the products and services are described on the corresponding pages of the application.

4. Prices

All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. PFH-SOFT reserves the right to modify them.

5. Ordering and Payment

The Buyer can order directly via the application. The accepted payment method is PayPal.
You are required to retain all proof of payment provided by PayPal or ourselves regarding the transaction.

6. The purchase is processed immediately. An internet connection is required at least to launch the application to benefit from it and the application's support features.
(Private lessons can only be refunded under specific conditions (cancellation by either party. On your part, 96 hours prior to the start of the lesson. On our part if we are unable to provide the lesson.)
Under no circumstances will the service be refunded due to a lack of communication on your part.)

7. 4. As this is a product for immediate use, it cannot be refunded, even partially.

8. Warranties and Liabilities

The Seller guarantees that the products conform to the descriptions provided. Any complaints must be sent to contact@pfhsoft.com, for example, in the event of a hardware change.

9. Personal Data

Data collected during transactions is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is only used for the purposes necessary to process orders.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
